1. Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings must be confirmed in writing via email or through our official website: https://saharaatlastours.com.
- A deposit (amount specified at booking time) is required to secure your reservation.
- Final balance is due [X days/weeks] before the tour start date, unless otherwise agreed.
2. Payment Methods
- We accept payments via bank transfer, PayPal, Wise, Cash (MAD or EUR ) and major credit cards.
- Any additional bank or transfer fees are the responsibility of the client.
- Prices are quoted in Euro (€) unless otherwise stated.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation by Client:
- More than 30 days before tour start → full refund (minus deposit).
- 15–29 days before → 50% refund.
- Less than 15 days → no refund.
- Cancellation by Sahara Atlas Tours:
- In the unlikely event that we cancel a tour, clients will receive a full refund or an alternative arrangement of equal value.
4. Changes to Itinerary
- Sahara Atlas Tours reserves the right to adjust itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, road conditions, safety concerns, etc.).
6. Health & Safety
- Clients must inform us of any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or special requirements at the time of booking.
7. Accommodation & Transport
- Accommodation will be provided as stated in the tour description (hotels, riads, desert camps).
- Transportation is carried out in air-conditioned vehicles with professional drivers.
- Sahara Atlas Tours includes travel insurance coverage within the vehicle.
